Watch Audrey Grow: 8 Months

Audrey was doing a great job sleeping through the night.  We call sleeping until 4:00am "through" the night.  Close enough.  Some nights she was sleeping until 5:00 or 6:00 and then going back to sleep until 7:00 or 8:00.  It was pretty good.  Then the nursing strike occurred.  Now we're back to getting up at like 3:30.  Bummer.

One positive from the nursing strike?  Audrey now takes a bottle.  We're hoping to keep that going with more frequent bottle feeds.

Why you always stickin' this thing in my face?

She is super enthusiastic about baby food now.  And she chomps down on Mum-Mums with a vengeance.

She had her first antibiotics this month for a sinus infection/nasty cough.

Audrey started clapping.  Adorable.

Still not crawling.  But very good at stretching and reaching desired items from the seated position.  I'm enjoying every last moment of the sedentary, pre-crawling life.

And now I must go. Bathtime beckons.
